Week 10
The learners should have knowledge and understanding of: multiplication and division of decimal numbers; GMDAS rules when performing three or more operations with fractions and decimals; prisms and pyramids; surface area of solid figures; cubes and rectangular prisms; resulting image after rotation.
By the end of the term, the learners are able to: multiply and divide decimal numbers; apply the GMDAS rules with operations with fractions and decimals; illustrate and describe solid figures and their nets; determine the surface area of solid figures; distinguish between cubes and rectangular prisms, and estimate their volumes; draw the image of an object after applying rotation about a point.
